i went yesterday for my 39 week appointment--hard to believe i'm less than 1 week away from my due date!? i do think i will still be pregnant this time next week, but you never know...i'm 2cm and 50% effaced, so it really is just a waiting game.
sadly, my right foot looks a bit swollen today...i guess i should be happy i made it this far without any swelling, but i hate it! physically, i am so ready to have this baby, but emotionally i think i'm still in denial that we will soon be a family of four!
I've been checking for this, which might just be your last pregnancy post.

What's the latest they'll let you go? I don't recall you saying the actual due date?
